In order to improve the whole production process and ensure high production quality and efficiency, We have invested a lot of money in purchasing the latest well-known production and testing equipment. Total 12 SMT lines can run at full capacity, Hitachi screen printer, Fuji NxT-ii SMT machines, Fuji XPF-L module, SMT machine, X-Ray machine, BGA Inspection, AOI testing machine. Testing equipment covers AOI testing, function testing, circuit testing, testing jig, program testing, X-ray for BGA testing, and printing solder paste testing. As for PCB Fabrication, we adopt an impedance tester, ion contamination Tester, AOI machine, X-ray metal thickness test, 2D measurement machine, LF-HASL, Pattern plating line, vacuum press， PTH Equipment, CNC Drilling Machines, S&M Pre-treatment, Inner Layer Automatic Exposure machine.
