Toy Circuit Board Files Requirements

  1. Gerber Files
    Please include all Gerber files (copper, silkscreen, solder paste, etc.).
  2. Bill Of Materials (BOM) , include:
  • Manufacturer part number
  • Quantity of each part
  • Reference designator
  • Part description
  • Type (SMT, Thru-Hole, Fine-pitch, BGA, etc.).
  • Package description (QFN32, SOIC, 0805, etc.).

3.   Centroid File

It should include component locations, rotations and reference designators.

  • Standard Package. Each PCBA unit will be in Anti static bag, then the bubble bags, and then put into PCBA special carton.
